We would like to thank Mike Sher and his team for all of their hard work with the Short Sale of our Royal Oak Sky Loft. Relocating to Brazil for work was stressful enough but to have to sell our home for half of what we paid for was terrifying. Though the process was not enjoyable what so ever, Mike was always confident that we would close. We were referred to Mike from our Realtor because she felt that he was the best person for the job and she was right.

He always pressed forward, even when the process looked hopeless, Mike never gave up. My wife and I would have been foreclosed on if it was not for him. Even when the bank wanted to set a forclosure date, Mike told me who to contact at the Trott & Trott and helped me prevent the bank from taking our home. When our Short Sale was rejected and we lost our buyer. Mike just started over and got another buyer, he reopen the file with Bank Of America and just went back to work. He made all the calls to the bank and made sure we would close.
